                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN 
                 AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT WITH PIEDMONT OLSEN 
                 HENSLEY FOR CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES ON 
                 CONTRACT NO. 73A-2, BIG RIDGE COLLECTION SYSTEM 
                 III, TO INCREASE THE FEE BY TWELVE THOUSAND, 
                 FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($12,500.00), FOR A TOTAL 
                 FEE NOT TO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND, 
                 FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($102,535.00).
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute an 
       Amendment to an Agreement with Piedmont Olsen Hensley for 
       construction phase services on Contract No. 73A-2, Big Ridge 
       Collection System III, which Amendment increases the fee by 
       $12,500.00, for a total fee not to exceed $102,535.00.
